Are you a well presented Senior Nail Technician and Beauty Therapist who wants to join a committed and successful team and be part of our growth?

You will need to have experience as a nail technician, be qualified in a wide range of nail and beauty treatments & be a true believer in outstanding customer service and satisfaction.

MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Carries out a range of nail and beauty treatments to a high standard.
• Supports the team.
• Carry out treatments on an existing client base

KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

• Minimum 2 years experience in nails
• Qualified in nail extensions
• High standard of personal appearance
• Self motivated
• Good team player

We are looking for an individual who has excellent organisational and communication skills, with a positive, enthusiastic attitude and a passion for beauty. Experience as a qualified nail technician is a must. The senior therapist will be responsible for the smooth running of the store on a day-to-day basis, including ensuring treatments are carried out to a consistently high standard, achieving business targets, managing the team’s rotas and holiday requests, stock taking and general administrative support. Required skills

• NVQ Level 2/3 or higher nail technician and Beauty therapy qualification
• A year of more of management experience within a beauty salon environment
• Valid UK work permit
• Fluent in spoken English
• Able to mentor individuals with training & development
• Excellent leadership skills
• Exemplary organisation skills with an understanding of following procedures
• Ability to motivate a team to ensure the business goals and targets are met
• Ability to remain fair and professional at all times
• Reputation for delivering high levels of client service.
