we make main basic background white to get an impressive rendering.
applied 2 coats and added water decals on top.
just make sure there is no water on the nails when apply top coat.
there is a black frame around each nail pattern so that I suggest you to cut it off because it looks messy when dip in the water (look at my thumb nail above).
