Sorry this question has probably been asked a thousand times but this is my first thread and I am new to gel nails. Sometimes the gel goes on perfect and sometimes I have shrinking sometimes they last for 4 weeks and sometimes only 1. Does anyone have a full proof (or should I say fool proof) nail prep instructions. Thank you ps I use Opi and Gellux polish
