Hi Geeks

I am looking to upgrade my current beauty couch.

Ideally I would like at least a 3 section electric couch (I have seen 4) I have seen a few on Ebay that come in around the £700 mark but it's so hard to differenciate between them all.

All the ones through the bigger beauty names are at least £1000 plus. I don't mind spending a bit more if I know I am getting a decent couch.

Does anyone have a recommendation? I need it to be incredibly comfortable as I will be using this couch for Pedicures too and my current one clearly isnt comfortable enough as all of my ladies seem to get a numb bum after being on it for an hour.

Thankyou all

Hi hon
I think Lynne Baker uses a sectioned one, as well as a few other geeks - may be worth messaging her!

I'm keeping an eye on this thread, I'm looking to invest too! X

Thankyou so much,

Do your clients find it comfy when sat up as well as laying down?

Looks like just what I am after!

Yes!!! They never want to get up lol. They seem to be a good company to deal with too, I broke one of the parts that adjusts the height and was able to order one from them and it came really quick. Xx

I use a 3 section electric one from Carlton. The back goes up and the foot bit drops to vertical so it ends up being a huge throne. It was £1200 but lots of people comment on how wide and comfy it is. Throw a leccy blanket on there and youll never get them off it!

Just had a look at the Cosmetronic website, some fabulous chairs! Not sure which one to go for!

I have an electric blanket on my current one so that'll definitely be moving over too.

As for the cosmetronic ones do you find them nice and wide?

Yeah they're a good width, client can turn over comfortably without fear of them falling off😄

Cosmetronics here I come then by the looks of it!

Mine is from Avalon. Biritish company and most importantly british made! Quality and service amazing.

I shall have a look into them thank hoy Fozzyo.

Hi Zooks, did you get any of these beauty couches?

Hey!

I am currently looking at the Cosmetronic, steep price tag but I don't mind too much. Just debating over whether I NEED one that has the extra pedicure bit on it. I don't think I do but boy do I WANT it!

Cosmetronic actually come in a fair bit cheaper than Avalon. They do look lovely though.

Planning on ordering soon. Are you looking into one too?

Yes, it's the next item that I'm saving for. My room is quite small, so it would be ideal to combine a chair and bed. I saw a photo on Kim Lawless page of her training room, are these the same couches that you are looking at?

I don't remember Kims being electric if I'm honest but I could be entirely wrong.

I really do want to gget one but am also aware that for the price I could invest in make up by Jane Irdale.... oh the decision!

Have you thought about leasing one? As far as I know it would be tax deductible.

I havent but for the price I figured I might as well buy it outright and have it all as my own.

I have a Cosmetronic beauty couch that goes into a chair, it does a lot and swivels round. I highly recommend them, good to deal with.
