Has anyone done the 30 day squat challenge? A friend introduced me to it on Saturday, and I am going to take up the challenge for a pert bottom
The squats- as if you are going to the sitting position, starting it with 60 for day 1, up it 5 squats for day 2, and again for day 3 (75) day 4 is rest day and repeat until day 30.
