3D nail art

Hey ladies, was just wondering if any of you knew where I could get my hands on the gel that enables you to create the 3d look, like the photo I've attached? I can only find American companies and it would cost a fortune in postage.

I know INK London do 3d gel in various colours, but I've not used it, and I don't know how to create this kind of art at all!

You can always mix some clear gel with some coloured acrylic powder and voilA you have your 3d nail art paste that doesn't dry until it's cured.
I'm sure it does have a weird name I just can't remember it now
