Hello,
Previous (and first) hair colour on client with 30-40% white hair, dry hair, naturally a 4 and 1/2 ash brunette with some copperish undertones: DIA richesse (half 4N + 1/4 5N + 1/4 5.35).
Colour isn't washing out much (due to using proper shampoo and hair care products), however she is slightly unhappy with hair colour and want something cooler.
Can Diarichesse 4.15 and 5.13 be mixed without using a N base and achieve the desired result? Better stick to 9 vol Diactivateur or go stronger?
Thanks!
