Exfoliate - to remove dead skin cells

steam - to open pores and prepare muscles for electrical treatment

There are around 650 muscles in the human body.

Ok my question is an easy one. The lynphatic system plays a very important role in the body, how does it work?

The lymphatic system is the 'secondary' circulatory system, its vessles contain lymph which carries some nutrients around the body. the system then channels fluid into the veins throughout the body and then empties into the blood stream.

what is the Integumentary system?
