Hi, I run a salon and for the last couple years I have been only one offering beauty, it's got to a point where I'm full so Ive taken on another girl on a self employed basis.
She wants to specialise in acrylics, which I'm all for as I don't offer them. She paid to do NSI course and is currently offering them at a lower price.
However they are not upto standards that I'd like and she's had numerous complaints. They are too thick, not lasting, too timely, wrongly shaped, lifting, chipping.
I know how difficult acrylics can be, hence why I don't offer them. And I know it will take time and practise, but I feel for her as she's losing clients b4 she starts.
I'd like to pay for her to do some one on one training to build up her skills & confidence. So looking for recommendations for this. Good teaching with sound knowledge. I think a one on one would suit her better. Recommendations/advice please

I have been told numerous time that the best training you can possibly get is from CND.

go onto the Sweet Squared website and all the details will be on there about courses and locations.

Good luck!

acrylics are also a case of practice makes perfect - maybe get her a training hand and encourage her to practice shaping and applying on them
