I always use OPI nail tips in 'natural' colour which is kind of a 'c' curve see through white. They are fantastic and you don't have to prep them at all, you just apply the glue and stick them on. There is no well to cut, and no thick barrier to file. You can also purchase re-fills for each size at a decent price. I buy mine from Capital Hair and Beauty.

I can sculpt and I still sculpt on all nail biters, but whenever I get the opportunity I always use tips. So much easier and quicker!
