Advice needed

My daughter has bleached blonde hair and she would like me to put darker blonde highlights in it maybe caramel or honey? I was wandering if I would be able to do this at home? Ive put highlights in her hair before which turned out very well. She is naturally mid/dark blonde I believe probably on hair colouring packs this would be called light brown? Id like to darken her hair a little as it would suit her better. But confused as to how to do it?

Since November 2011 person under 16 years of age cannot buy home dye kits and salons cannot offering any form of colouring service to any person under the age of 16, so unfortunately she will have to wait till she is over 16

Also the query I had wasnt about a salon or her buying the kits it was about me doing her hair myself and I would be buying the kit.
