Advice on colour

hi i have a client that has really blonde hair as she was using bleach she use to use 12/89 but she found it wasnt coverng the grey at the front so she used 12/89 on the roots and bleach on the front but its yellowish and im not sure wat to use to get the yellow out and make it more ash blond? wella i use

I'm confused. Is she qualified?

I'm not sure what the problem actually is, because covering grey and dealing with yellow tones is fairly basic stuff so what have you tried so far that hasn't worked? Please also provide details of her natural base and percentage of grey.
