advice please HELLPPP

hello ladies.

i am wanting to go a blonde i have brown hair and natural lightish brown hair, i have been blonde and red in the past my hair is in good condition but when i spoke to my hairdresser on the phone he told me that he could not make me blonde or strip my hair i dont understand this as my sister dyes her hair more than me and her hair is worse than mine but he told her he could do it for her?????? i really would like to go blonde so any advice would be great!!!

maybe he means not straight away? sometimes it takes a good few times to get it a really nice clean blonde. have you been colouring it yourself? xx
