New client next week and really want to do a good job as she could send a fair amount of business my way
Sooo she is a natural base 7/0 but is about 50% grey scattered throughout although more around the hairline. She has a regrowth of faded highlights.

I was thinking easi meche with...
alternating one lowlight using 7/73 and 6% (would I need to add base to this for grey?)
alternate highlight bleach with 9% (will this cover the grey?)
and another 12/0 with 12%

She is lovely and just wants a "nice" natural looking blonde.
So pleesee will someone help me?
Thanks a mil x

why u using 9% with your bleach, if your lifting natural hair and jus doing the regrowth with the bleach foils no need to go above 6%
i would add some base into ur 7 foil to stop it going wishy washy. x

Thanks for your reply Scotty
I trained a lonng time ago and have only recently got back doing a bit of hairafter a break of about 10 years so a bit wobbly.
We always used 9% with bleach on regrowth and 6% for tints. I didnt even know 3% existed until I came on here:rolleyes:
I am doing a colour course with Wella in April so that will put me on right track.
I am a bit afraid to use 6% with bleach, would it really give enough lift?
Will def put bit of 7/0 into the 7/73.
Thanks hun, evry little bit of advice here is really invaluable to me:biggrin:

oh and sorry one more thing, would you use 12% with the high lift tint? Thats what I think I would have done in the past

Hi
6% with bleach will be fine cos it will lift gradually and better condition for the hair. It won't cover the grey but will blend. Also to bear in mind that you are using other colours that have a development time of up to 40 mins.
I would use 12% with the high lift. Good luck with your course

Thanks for that:)
Think I'll give the 6% a go with the bleach then. It's funny cause any time I'd b doing these in the past, we would have dampened the meche that developed before the others as we went along and then removed them. It wS a right pain.
I am a bit worried about covering the grey though...

it will be fine, but remember bleach wont cover grey, bleach doesnt cover anything, it will lift the existing non grey hair and sblend in with the grey that is there. . yes yes i wud go in with 12% for your 12/0 ..
lets know how u get on xx
