Advice to keep mobile clients?

Hi, I haven't long started up at the end of January and have had a good few clients which I didn't expect so quick but I haven't had any actually rebook and didn't want to seem pushy asking them straight after app? Also which kind of ways has everyone used to build their client base?

Any help would be appreciated. I have mailed all my clients couple days prior to each app to make sure they were happy with their nails and haven't had any problems so starting to worry they weren't good enough and maybe just too polite to say, arghhh!!

I started around the same time as you and had a couple re book and a few not bother. I keep my record cards in my diary so that at the end of the appt when I get the card to fill out I just say "whilst I've got my diary out did you want to book any other appts?" Up to them if they say they'll let me know or if they book in, but it doesn't seem like a forced thing that way I've found.

Offer a discount if they rebook on the day eg 10% off if you rebook today everyone loves a deal & gets you a rebook in the diary x
