As far as I know, autoclaves need to be maintained and calibrated each year, so it would be easier to buy from a local supplier rather than get advice from the UK.
Most countries don't require autoclave use for nail services. There are some exceptions like Russia and Ukraine, and some USA states. They are really intended for procedures where the skin is cut or where there is a risk of this. For nail salons a liquid steriliser is good enough.
