advise

I have a manicurist who is renting a station who wants to sale jewlery that she makes(bracelets, watches, and earrings.) She says that she does have a resale licesnse. My concern is would that be a conflict with my boutique? I depend on my retail to sale. I really don't mind it but are there bounderies? as far a her posting or advertising at the salon or at her station. I wanted to retail that crackle polish for example but I don't because I figured that it take clients away from the manicurist, if they can buy it then they wouldn't come in to the manicurist. Or am I being too judgemental. I want them to suceed and make money but I am in a business to make money to. I need help with advise please!
