After bleaching and toning can I use hi left color

I just bleached and toned by hair but still isn’t light enough. Can I put a hi lift color all over to lift my high lights? Trying to get them to platinum so I can dye silver

Why did you tone it if it if hadn’t lifted enough?
Are you qualified or still training as this is a very basic issue?

Did you wash and dry your hair before toning to check the level of lift?
You could have pre lightened again if you felt it wasn't light enough.
