Hello!

I've recently had my weave taken out after 3 months so I could give my hair a break and get it cut, but since taking it out I have lost so much of my real hair (I know it will feel like I've lost loads after taking a weave out regardless).

Does anyone have any tips for anything to make my hair feel/look thicker! I have naturally thin hair anyway but I now have a mullet and thin hair! :(

Any advice welcome! Thank you!

Hi,

Not sure why you would have a weave if you have really naturally thin hair..

Weave was designed for thick coarse hair that can withstand the braiding technique (unless you had a braid-less weave)

Weave has some benefits to people with afro textured hair and can help for their hair to grow within the braids,

although with thin brittle hair it is just going to make it full out with the weight of tracks.

Seems like the person who fitted this for you shouldn't of done that examining your hair type.

You need to really give your hair a long break after the stress it has been through and avoid clip ins, tape ins, the most you could probably do is have i tip extensions whilst it regrows back.

Hi!

Yeah I had an LA weave!

Thank you
