dont know about you lot but i now feel OLD and past it - purely cos of my age - yes i became a */0" today, i didnt think it would bother me in the slightest, but by god it has, i dont want to be this age, im closer to the grave now.................. so my question is - what birthday age gutted you and why

i dont believe i actually cried tonight cos of the age ive now become - sad or what
How old are you then? you haven't said and you look timeless from you photo so I can't guess x

I didnt like being 20 ! Nothing else has bothered me in the slightest but I didnt like not being a teenager any more!Funny this should crop up - I've just had my 40th and I find it hilarious that I've got a husband , 2 step children , 2 of our own children - and think I'd probably be classed as a grown up responsable adult!
But guess what? I'm NOT !!!!!! hhheehhheee!!
I still cant believe it myself!!!
I honestly have a likkle chuckle to myself when I think about it and I really think you've gotta love the life you're in - some people are'nt that lucky and with all the terrible things that happen in this world we should all be grateful.
Just think of poor baby P - he only had 17months - tragic.
EMBRACE YOUR LIFE WHATEVER YOUR AGE
With love to all however old you are !!!

I'm literally LOL over your post. I can barely make it up/down the stairs. Every step is ouch, ouch, ouch... :)

See, I had problems with my knees in my late 20's, thought that was it made me feel really old (arthritis pain runs in the family), 10 years on and they are fine! Occasionally I get aching wrist or some other joint, but I can get up and down stairs no worries now.

HOWEVER- I always promised myself an eye lift for my 40th, I'm 39 next year, and thinking maybe I'll do it at 45, I'm chickening out you know! Still think I need it, but scared I'll end up like this

My 30th (last year) was great. I had a massive Dirty Thirties themed party where everyone came dressed as pimps and prostitutes. Aging hasn't bothered me yet.

My sister on the other hand, didn't cope turing 40. She really struggled with it.
