Allergic reaction, nail adhesive?

So I did my own nails on Monday. I wanted to try my stiletto tips out but because there was no well, I got in a bit of a pickle and got glue all over my thumb.

I decided to take (well, rip) the stiletto tip on and did a full set with my usual tips.

But my thumb that the glue came into contact with is now really sore. Almost feels bruised? And also feels a bit hot to touch?

Have I caused myself a reaction?
