I'm due to take over a hair salon next monday, i'm currently working in the shop as beautican and have a triving business, but lady meant to run salon has just let me down and now i have no staff for hair, should i float it as beautican's in the mean time or just forget bout it????

So the hds left knowing you'll be the boss or they had already gone? Were the terms of empolyment put in the contract?

Id stick to what you know, reinvent your salon if you can then advertise, do some trade tests, etc see if you want to go down that route, im trained in both so find it easy, if i hadnt then i would want to look at what hair brands i would affliate with pricing of services etc good luck xoxo
