hi, i'm new to this forum........
i recently started within a salon as a self-employed nail tech, where do i stand if someone else has treated one of my clients and actually caused them pain, can i get sued? :|

Hi.
Is it somebody else in your salon that has done the treatment?
Is this person employed by you or self employed?
If they are self employed, then you cannot get sued, it would be them if it went that far. What is the Injury?
Thanks x

hiya, yeh someone else in the salon and not trained, actually a hair stylist lol the incorrect removal of gel polish, and at the end the client said her nails hurt and they had apparently buckled

I fail to see how you can be held responsible. Who let her or asked her to do it?
