Hi everyone,
Just wondering do you have quiet weeks? I mean really quiet?
I started working in a local salon on Sat 9-6 about 8 weeks ago and this last fortnight have been really quiet for my mobile clients, this week noone at all:eek: Have to say 'm enjoying the break but wondering whats going on, have been mad busy up until now. Would the fact I'm not available on Sat anymore for mobile have anything to do with it? I don't think so myself. Thanks x

Hey Hun,

How much advertising do you do? I know a lot of people swear by word of mouth but if the general populace arent aware of your existance your not going to get much work!

Flyers, local paper, website maybe even getting yourself on local radio and talking about the benefits of having your fab self going around to peoples homes to do their hair can all ramp up the odds TREMENDOUSLY in your favour.

Hope that helps

Chris x

I have quiet weeks-hence y I'm going back to been a care assistant and givin hairdressing a back seat (cos I need the guaranteed income).
Anyway usually my quiet weeks are followed by busy weeks-I'm quiet this week but then I've got a cbd and bridal trial tomorrow followed by a £90 bridal booking on Saturday. But next week I'm nearly fully booked :) xx

I always get quiet weeks this time of year but i dont mind it as im soo busy in summer i have a month to catch up on paper work do any extra marketing and extra courses i wanna do. Making sure im all up to date for a busy x mas period. People tend to save just after summer with x mas coming.
Im sure u will pick up again soon
