My hair won't grow any longer and wondered if there was anything that would help

Do you look after your hair?

Over processing with colour, too much heat can cause breakage.

Regular trims and a good care routine will improve the growth of healthy hair

Yeah I look after it quite well, I put conditioning treatments on my hair once a week. I am pretty bad at getting it cut though! I've heard that there are hair oils or specific conditioners that are good? Aby recommendations?

Get regular trims. It'll help.

Is it thinning? If it is I'd recommend nioxin.

If not make sure you're using salon products, lay off the heat (if you use it a lot), and don't tie hair up when wet don't tie it too tight any time.

It's not thinning just stays at the same length but thanks I'll get some salon products.

Get the ends trimmed. It will really help.

Look up Phillip Kingsley, use elasticiser and PK45. You have to use them for good 6 months to notice, but watch out! It's not just the hair on your head that grows faster and quicker!

Ok Thank you I will look into it x

Hair growth patterns change as you get older. Hormones also play a part.

However, there's little you can do to make it grow beyond a certain point. :-/
