Hi lovely geeks, I started my cnd acrylic course Sunday did my first full set of tips today. I am struggling with my smile line/area I put the bead on fine but struggle to press the bead out and up to create the smile .... my tips seem to come out pretty straight with just a hint of a smile.... ive watched gemmas tutorials over and over but I cant seem to get to grips with how to manoeuvre my white bead properly..... any advice would be greatly appreciated x

Once you've placed your bead you then need to start nudging it up to form the corners of the smile, alternating between each side. You can then remove excess liquid from the brush and pointing in downwards can then shape the centre of the smile.

It's not the easiest thing to learn but practice lots on tips. I was once told to start by making a 'V' with the white and then you can fill the rest in once you have the edges done.

Not sure I've worded that very well for you sorry! I can picture it perfectly in my mind lol
