Hi, just wanted another opinion please!
Have a lady I've just started treating who has a lot of chin hair, the hairs are very thick!! Most hairs are coming out perfectly but still some have not responded! I have my blend machine on rf12 (the recommended max) and galvanic 99! I have been doing electrolysis for many years and never had to go this high....let alone higher! Just wondering what settings others have had to go up to for success?! (This lady has amazing pain threshold!!)

Have you tried SWD? Does your client have any underlying causes for her hair growth? Or are they on HRT? Lauren x

My main work is electrolysis. I do not know what machine you use but some are under powered. I would check your needle size- what are you using? Do not be afraid to use a 005 if needed. Use blend and leave for a whilst before removing the hair. Some coarse hair needs to be treated more than once. Asking others what setting they use is irrelevant as different machines will be calibrated differently, although someone with the same machine may be able to give you an indication although variances are likely. I have used flash thermolysis on the highest settings and quite high levels of blend. If the client in your opinion requires it - do not be afraid to use the tools available to you. Under treatment is as common as over treatment in my opinion.
