last year I paid for an acrylic nail course from essential nails. It was 399pound. I've now completed it but found out I have to pay another 249 to learn infills and removal
So the whole course will be 649....
A local trainer offers accredit tee training for acrylics at 150 for the whole course.
Do I pay more to complete my essential nails course?
Or do I start the course from scratch with a local trainer for less money?

Wow I think that a rip off! I guess it depends on what you want to do but personally I would go elsewhere! Xx

Hi Kitsty the Maintaining Nails course is £149 - whilst it seems expensive what you do get is support at the end of a telephone or via email/Facebook if you have any further problems. A lot of people dislike EN / a lot if people love EN. But the support/advice network will always be there. £150 for the whole course sounds too good to be true and you need to ensure you will have aftercare & advice which a lot of cheap/quick courses don't have xx

I guess it depends on how good the training is.

In my opinion it should cover application, removal and infill in one hit like my CND course did - which was amazing.

However the total cost of the CND course was around what you're quoting for all the courses you mention so again, it comes down to the qualify of the training.

For me, that money was worth it. I learned with quality products, a very knowledgeable trainer and i can phone my trainer for advice if needed.

How do you feel after your course? Did they make it clear that they didn't include infills et al when you started or do you feel duped? Xx

My first course was with EN 13 years ago, it was no way adequate and I took several more courses.

I do think £150 is very cheap though so I'd be careful to check it out thoroughly

the maintenance course is basicly just a card of the chipped nail off the acrylic course x
