Anyone know how to use Shedul booking software

Im trying to set up Shedul Booking System and im trying to add services such as Wash & Set, colours etc, where I need to split it into 3 jobs, such as, 15 minute (wash & Rollers) 30 minute (process/dry) 15 Styling.....

On the services set up you can add 15 minute and 30 minute processing time, but you can't add the finishing 15 minute etc..

Does anyone know this software and how to do it or atleast a way around it, as I don't want to block up say 2 full hours for a colour etc and not able to add another customer in whilst the processing is being done.

You can still edit the service provider if you like and add other appointments in between.

Soon there'll be a 'packages' feature so they are automatically grouped together

Yes I noticed that you could do it that way, but I was hoping there was another way, as the customer might not realise to add the other booking, but looking forward to your packages coming soon

Love love love this software. If you email them they reply immediately

You can alter the time on entering the service. It will default to what you set when you choose which service but you can override that x

Tracy, did you find a software solution for this problem? I have been searching for the last couple of years. I use Shedul now because they offer what almost every other company offers for free, but the lack of the 3rd time slot is a HUGE problem. I have little notes all around my website, a message in the service descriptions, and I even have a service category to alert them to at the very least "Let's Make Time to Shampoo." With all this said, I still must endure the angry client that does not understand that just because the system let you book a hair color service at 2:00, there is no magic wand to get the color out of your hair before 8:00. It is quite maddening that there are so very few software companies that find such a common use of our time so unimportant.

Yes, Shedul does respond quickly. Sadly, they respond with fast false promises. They have been stringing me along long enough that I am back on the hunt to pay developers. I would love to pay Shedul if they would add a processing time option.
