Appointment app

Hi I have been trying to get a basic app for my salon. I have just myself and one other. I need an app that holds client contact details, has a calendar and can sync between the 2 phones and I pad. I had my chair but my contacts never synced the I here so many bad reports about it not backing up on iCloud. I have just bought my salon appointment manager it looks perfect but only designed for one person. I don't need anything fancy on online booking etc just want a safe app. Please help
