Ash brown!

I’m currently an artificial base of a 5. I used to have balayage so under that is bleach. I’ve had a 5/0 applied 3 times since bleach and am now wanting to achieve this(photo attached) what would you recommend the best way is to achieve this. We aren’t sure whether to just pre lighten with full head foils or try a bleach bath? What are your thoughts

Was the 5/0 permanent or semi?

I dont know why that website has called it ash brown its blonde!
