SO I bleached by hair from a browny red colour, it turned yellow ( as i had been blonde not so long before this ) I then went to the hairdressers who put foils in my hair, and the rest a brown.

My hair where the foils were, are a very light white ashy color. The rest of my hair is a dirty ash brown green. I said i was dissapointed at the result and asked her to put a toner on my hair, which i am going to do on Saturday free of charge as i am unhappy with the result. Is this the best option??? Is there a toner that can warm my hair to a blonde color?

I want blonde hair, preferably an ombre.

What are my best options. I know going to a salon is the best option, however i am now £300 down from my hair this month. What home hair dyes, shades, colours, brands shall I use? I thought of going to sallys and trying the wella colour charm liquid? But im really unsure.

Sorry you had a bad experience, the only advice we can give is get the salon to tone it free of charge, or get another member of staff to do it and change your hairdresser.

We can't tell you what pro or over the counter chemicals to use for a DIY home job as your not a professional hair messer
