At home IPL systems, which is the best on the market?

Hi

I wondered if anyone could advise on which is the best at home IPL system to use? I know they will not be as good as the salon treatments. I've previously had 4 sessions and it made a huge difference but I'd like to be able to do this myself at home. I don't mind the cost of the machine as long as it works.
