In my country, the longer they go between refills the better the nail-tech!! :O this is how people see it here.
I have some stretching it to 5 weeks, but mostly 3 - 4 weeks for refills. No one has them done before 3 weeks! Often I tell them "let's book an appointment for 3 weeks time..." . They say "let's make it 4 weeks" . huh!! Even if you tell them that it's not good for their nails especially for the first refill to leave it that long. Clients test you with weeks to see how far they can go without breakages! it does my head in!
No way I can charge different prices for 3 week/ 4 week/ 5 week refill. No one does it here... and if I do it they'll be straight off to another tech.
