Hi, does anyone have any "tips" on the removal of Extreme.

Also for those techs that use Extreme on their clients, how long does a set tend to last?

Also just recently I am beginning to get cracks forming within the middle layers (the nail is still in place) This is not happening on every nail. Can anybody please tell me/guess what I am doing wrong,
