Bad highlights-I can't stop crying

My hair stylist has had surgery and is unable to work now, so I tried a new hairstylist yesterday. I was there for 6 hour!!!! She was busy talking to her husband who was there the whole time along with a friend of hers.I got all over highlights. my hair looks orange, yellow and is very light and bright!. I am ashamed to go out of my house. Today being Sunday there is no Beauty Shop open to fix my hair. Is there any quick solution I can do at home today to get rid of this?? I was a dirty blonde when I had my hair done yesterday. What I would give to be that again. Please please give me advice.Any quick fixes?

Wow, 6 hours just for highlights? What did she do to your hair that took so long?
Why didn't you leave?

You can either go back and ask her to rectify her mistakes or better still, find a new hairdresser. I wouldn't try to do anything to it yourself but go to a good salon and ask them to take a look.
