Balmain Couleurs Couture

Hey!

Has anyone got any experience with Balmain Couleurs Couture colours?
I have a new client who has this, says the colour was called pumpkin spice, but hates it.
Was wondering if anyone has experience with removing it? or any tips?

It’s a new line of permanent colour I would just treat it the same as removing any other permanent hair colour.
