Beauty Room

Hi
I am going to be renting a room at my friends salon in a few months, i just wonder what are the "must" knows when going into this? Im aware i need my own insurance etc. But she says i can have my own logo on the window upstairs and on leaflets and a link on my website to her salon? Do i need to register/trademark my "beauty" name as such?
May sound a lil "dumb" but if you dont ask! Iv tried looking on the net but i thought ask people in the know!

I did the same as you and i know she is your friend but you need to have a contract in place and for you both to sign.
You also need your own booking system in place so you can refer back to when you do your books.
It will work as long as she is prepared to make her clients aware you are on board with her.
also does she want a cut of your earnings or for you to pay for the beauty room weekly???? opt for a cut of your earnings as she will then push your services more.
