What are people’s experiences with beauty works hair? I used to use them over 2 years ago and stopped because the quality wasn’t great.. wondering if it has improved ! Thanks xx

my salon is having awful trouble at the moment with quality issues, mainly blondes. their shedding so much. ive never experienced as much hair extensions issues as im having with BW. Their range is so big thought its hard to find another good reputable brand.

aw no really!! thats terrible, do they offer to refund the hair or offer something?, i have heard remi cachet is good!x

I took Paul’s hair world to court over a set of beauty works hair ... got a full refund and expenses paid for ... against the sales of goods act not fit for purpose

Because hair extension company’s like to blame the client for the hair being damaged but it’s obvious it’s a faulty batch and the fail to agree till you take legal action
