Beauty Works worst supplier! Any recommendations?

Hi there,

I have endless amount of problems with beauty works. Have used them for years so really know the product but the hair is such poor quality from when I first started using them. Their customer service is rubbish. Any faulty hair they want sending back and say there’s no fault their end, I’ve had enough. It’s so hard having to rely on someone else to provide a good service. I’m a very experienced Extensionist of 8 years and I feel all this hard work on building my business up and their company just doesn’t care and doesn’t take responsibility. Has anyone else sent hair back and got a refund?

New suppliers I’m looking at are euphoria one, fabulong, Remi catchet and hair rehab.

Your experiences sound similar to mine.
I've been using beautyworks since discovering them at Salon international nearly 5 years ago.
I was looking for a good reliable microlink supplier.
Always been hit and muse for me. Some clients love it and no issues. Some have issues and i know it's not them as they have great results befire and after using them.
It's a shame as their colour blends are great and varied. Although the balayage weft just looks like and ombre!
So I'm upfront with my clients that there could be issues. I'm still offering the brand.
So have always offered a few options depending on the colours, lengths, costs on offer.

Remi Catchet is divine
Simply hair fantastic for price and customer service as well.
Tantrum is pretty good for the longer lengths
Glamourous lengths terrible
Sway is awful, thought the price was too good to be true. Just a very good marketing campaign. Hair sent back blaming aftercare. So many black strands within their blondes.
Beautyworks sent hair back in past. One i was so furious. It was 1 week old balayage (client happy with last lot and it lasted 6 months) I sent it back with the other pack of colour 6/4 that had nothing wrong with it.
They "tested" actually agreed the balayage was dry and puffy and blamed client again! They sent it back!
Only once did I get a refund. A 150 weft sheded so bad I sent it back at 50 grams. After not hearing I rang and they said I'd only sent back 50 grams and needed the rest! I told them that was the point and the rest was in the clients vacumn cleaner.
Such a shame as again great marketing. But got to be turning over so much money and if your a long term customer doesn't make sense.
I am looking firward to trying Euphoria one and also Archie Lloyds looks worth a try.
I'll be interested to hear how you have got on with euphoria one x

I really like prestige Russian range flat tip & tape Hair Extensions for good quality long lasting, good value hair.
Tantrum locks the lengths are great the dark stays nice for a good 4/5 months

I'd still give them a go. It is mixed results though. I've been using for 4 years now. Some clients love and some find they are more difficult to maintain. I've had several clients get a year out of them.
I've lifted a set today that are 7 months old and still great.
I'm just honest in consultation and say i have lovers and haters of them. I also know which clients could potentially have issues so don't recommend to them.
What I do like is there true double drawn x
