My first color touch lol it looked nice but the roots didn't colour much? How many level does color touch lift? Or It doesn't?

Unless colour touch has changed their system in the last 5 years, its a quasi and doesn't lift.... But as creative people we take the rules and bend them, so try it with 4 and see what you get, but as a rule they were made to be quasi so you won't get much out of them x

my tutor told me it does not lift at all, the 4% is if you want it to last longer and use the 1.9 to refresh colour or if its in very poor condition :/

and just checked wella hand out we got at college and it states it does not lift hair, have you tried it did it work x

I was told you get one level of lift with 4% and i phoned Wella they said yes you do ;-) x
