Some pics I found on my friend profile look how amazing this product is.. U can leave between 5-40 mins 5 to tone blonde white or so and if leave more for silver it's amazing best than a toner xD it's a toner I guess lol

What I was showing is the product it's called Intesy colour it is amazing like a toner the best product I have ever used u can get white blonde to silver or any blonde with the same thing

Need help I did this colour correction yesterday we put on 8/1 wella with ash I showed te client she was happy with it but I think it came lighter than 8/1 now she wanna go a bit darker like auburn but not sure what number I could put on dont wanna it to go green or anything lol

You think? Why didn't you compare it against a shade chart? That would soon tell you it's about a 9 or 10
On this one I'm not giving any advice.
I think it's down to your employer/manager to go through this with you rather than me tell you what to do! At the minute your taking everything we say on here as gospel and relying on us! We could be lying for all you know!

I said this before and got really knocked down by everyone.
I knew she would be back, from your other post. I her it looks awful against her skin tones as she is naturally auburn and you have given her white ash! Don't get me wrong, it's actually an amazing colour and I'm sure it would look great on someone with cooler skin tones but on a natural red head?? No way!
