Could anyone advise the best brand and shade for this kind of blue? I know the process and how to achieve the different tones etc but not really dyed many people blue before so would like recommendations on the longest lasting and best shades out there.

Take a look at Framesi bold, they have some amazing shades, and they fade true to tone, so you won't end up with green, unless you died it green, unlike crazy colour, directions, etc..
