Best hi lift blonde on bleach

hey I am fully qualified but a bit rusty
My friend hair bleach hilights
And this time wants bleach and a highlift tint
I would usually go for 10 1/2 . 1 in L'Oréal
But I'm using goldwell now
Any suggestions on what's nice ?
I was thinking 10n with 10v 30vol??

Highlift tints tend to be lighter than a 10... goldwell high lifts are the 11series. It completely depends on their natural base and desired blonde tone they want.
