My hair is currently black and I want to strip so I can be a reddy brown colour, I want to know what the best method for doing this, I know their Is something called colour off which is better for the hair or should I use bleach? Thanks alot

Don't be shy of bleach. It's not as bad as everyone makes out. Use a mild bleach bath and keep a close eye on it. You'll be fine.

Thanks, don't you think if I pit a reddy brown on the bleach it won't take aswell?

It'll be fine over the bleach as you only need to lift the colour to a copper red.
I would maybe take the base shade a touch lighter as the hair may be porus after bleaching. (e.g 5.6 instead of 4.6)

You could try a colour remover first and see how much colour it lifts out x
