So I know everyone has s different answer but as a nail tech you personally which was the best nail set you ever had .my personal favourite bio sculpture

I love the look and feel of silk wraps, I also enjoy the process of applying them - sadly just not strong enough for my needs.

Day to day resilience, so therefore my favourite as they are stress free - CJP Acrylic in clear pink

Its looking interesting, I'm wait and see kinda girl, I've been in this game for 14 years now and seen lots of stuff come and go. The theory sounds great, it's a fab combination of Acrylic and Gel, I like that it can be moved endlessly until you have the perfect structure, then you cure it - one of my earliest lessons was 'sculpt with your brush not your abrasive' so it's a great advantage to be able to do more work with your brush and a quick tidy up of shape with your abrasive. Less dust, less product waste, less manual work - however, I think Acrylic teaches you to create your structure faster as you have no time to mess about, you have to get it right (or mostly) first time and fast. Potentially the PolyGel products will leave you open to 'faffing'. I think most of us will tell you we are never happy with a nail and left to our own devices we'd buff and reshape and fiddle for hours, never satisfied - PolyGel products will give us too much time to do that.

I'm seeing a few teething issues with lifting, product not curing properly and lack of longevity - these will eventually disappear as more techs use the product and tips and tricks become more well known. Usually (and I'm going from experience) there will be product tweaks over the first year or so, some manufactures will admit it, some don't, these usually come off the back of actual techs and clients using and working with the stuff and revealing any issues/system failures. That's why I'm a sit and wait girl - I will invest because I like to know about and do all aspects of nails, but not yet.

Poly Gel is amazing! I trained shortly after it was released. So easy to use work with no odour... It's just a dream product! Can't recommend enough
