Best Training Courses

Hi, I was wondering if anyone could advise on the best refresher courses to go on for colour and cutting foiling etc, and is it worth doing a hair extensions course?? I have my City &Guilds in hairdressing and had my own business before moving abroad. Now I'm back and want to start up again. Any advise would be greatly received. thanks
