Blonde Pre Tipped Hair Extensions

Hi,
I'm finding that for some reason the bohyme remi nail tips are shedding more than the darker shades. Ive had two ladies now comment on how they shed.....i find this very weird. One of the ladies is now asking if there is any better extensions that won't shed as much....i'm guessing this problem may be down to her aftercare or what she is washing it in. I do provide strict aftercare guidelines for my clients but a few seem to stray on the shampoo front... I was wondering if anbody knew of any similar quality hair extensions that we could try in blonde?

Extensions shed when the hair is cuticle stripped. You need cuticle correct hair.

Thanks for the reply I'm a little confused now as the supplier says the cuticles are intact.....I may have to look at other suppliers.
