Blonde to brown to blonde again?

Hi
I have a client who was a level 12 which was achieved using bleach then she would have a ashy toner after. Recently she put a dark box dye on her hair all over which would be about a level 4. She now wants to go back to the blonde she had, how do I achieve this without her hair falling out?

Sorry, but there’s no level 12. Level 10 is the highest level. 11 &12 denote colouring using high lift tints.
A level 4 box dye over blonde without pre-pigging would go khaki.
You might be able to use a colour reducer but do a strand test first.

Definitely a colour reducer, may take more than one application. Make sure it's a quality remover/reducer to protect the hair as best as you can, reducers are much kinder to the hair than any form of bleach. Even if you do not need to re-colour after the reducer, I would consider using a clear over the top with olaplex.
