Blonde to grey

Hi, I have a new client who has grey balayage.
It’s become very dark and dull now so I am going to bleach it and then colour/tone it grey.
I have never done grey hair before and was wondering what the best way to go about it is.
I have added the photo she has sent me but she said she would like it a little more grey than the photo.

It is basically looking like a level 6 at the moment. Maybe slightly lighter towards the ends.
